Legal Secretary Candidate will handle interactions with clients, creation/maintenance of files, maintaining court calendars (hearing dates, discovery schedules and deadlines), state court filings & county recordings (eFiling and service of process), drafting (retainer agreements, correspondence, deeds, business entity documents), photocopying, scanning, and sorting incoming mail. Qualifications: Prior experience working in a law firm preferred. Computer experience in Outlook and Word required. Computer experience in TABS/Practice Master, OneLegal, and Worksite/iManage helpful, but not required. Good sense of humor important. California Notary Public preferred.
