Must have either a paralegal certificate or a Bachelor's degree in any field, as well as experience in a position involving analytical, writing, and organizational skills. Must have strong organizational and communication abilities, accurate writing style, and the ability to work efficiently under sometimes tight deadlines. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must have strong technical and database skills.
