Attorney The candidate will be joining a law firm and deal in the areas of Trust and Estates, Real Estate and Corporate cases. Must have an experience and a track record of success in the areas of Trust and Estates, Real Estate and Corporate cases. Attorney with Transactional or Litigation experience is required. It is important to have a successful experience of working with clients cases. Must have won jury trials as well as bench trials. Have accomplishments based on results achieved for clients. Should have corporate litigation experience. Civil litigation experience including contract and fraud or Trust and Estate litigation experience is mandatory. Have an ability to handle cases from beginning to completion with minimal supervision including discovery, law and motion, pretrial and trial. Have excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, communication and sharp negotiation skills. Be able to handle cases from beginning to completion with minimal supervision. Have accomplishments based on results achieved for clients.
