Defense Attorney The candidate will handle all phases of litigation, with ethical standards as established by state law, from inception to trial. Must travel to all WCAB's throughout Southern California. Some travel to Central and Northern California WCAB's when necessary. Should have 1-3+ years of experience defending workers' compensation cases. Should have strong negotiation and litigation skills, and the ability to work independently. Must also possess a Juris Doctorate degree and be a licensed member in good standing with the California State Bar. Deadline : Oct 16, 2017
