Legal Secretary The candidate should be an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to draft and prepare correspondence and discovery; handle filings in state and federal courts; manage case and attorney calendars; and otherwise provide clerical, administrative and organizational support to litigation attorneys, paralegals and analysts. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and at least four years legal secretary experience. An Associate's Degree is preferred. Ability to type 50 WPM. Must have California litigation experience, including substantial experience in calendaring case deadlines and filing documents in state and federal court. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word (styles & tables), Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
