Personal Injury and Mass Tort Litigation Paralegal The candidate will provide overall litigation support to injury clients and Attorney needs. Preparing and issuing discovery, discovery responses, plaintiff fact sheets, etc. Coordinate with Attorneys & move cases forward. Regularly communicate with clients regarding their case. Preparing for and assisting with trials and depositions. Scheduling hearings with courts. Drafting motions and other pleadings. Preparing state court petitions and federal court complaints. Conduct research to support a legal proceeding. Must have 1+ Years (plaintiff) mass tort paralegal experience. Paralegal certification or college program completed is necessary. Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish is mandatory. Bilingual is a big time plus (English and Spanish). Experience with the "Needles" case management system is a plus. Experience with single-event personal injury, medical malpractice, and/or nursing home neglect/abuse cases is desired. Medical records experience is mandatory.
