Litigation Legal Secretary The candidate will be responsible for preparing motions; creation of TOA / TOC; calendaring in eDockets; open new matters; create check requests; send monthly invoices; run expense reports using Chrome River; other duties as assigned. Should preferably have Associates or Bachelor's degree. Should have 3+ years Litigation Secretarial experience. Should have good working knowledge of legal documents. Should be proficient with e-filing with federal and state courts; must type 70+ wpm; strong attention to detail; excellent organizational skills are required.
