Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate s responsibilities include: Conducting intakes with incoming clients; Managing twenty to forty case-files at any given time; Requesting medical records and bills; Drafting and sending required communications to insurance companies and clients; Maintaining detailed notes on case-files; and responding to client inquiries and providing case statuses as necessary. Speaking Spanish is a plus. Should have some experience in the legal field or hold a degree in paralegal studies/legal studies. Telecommuting is not an option. Note: No JD applicants.
