Seeking Associate Attorney with 2+ years title opinion experience. Candidate will perform title examination and assist in due diligence in acquisitions and divestitures. Will be expected to be proficient in legal research and writing, and have a sufficient basis in operations and regulatory activities to answer client questions. Must be licensed in Texas and possess 2+ years of title examination with associated opinion writing as an attorney. Title examination of properties in the Permian Basin and East Texas is a plus.
