Entry Level Attorney Duties: Drafting complaints; Propounding and Responding to Discovery; Drafting and opposing motions; Negotiating liens with medical providers; Selecting and designating experts; Preparing trial documents, including motions in limine. Will include making appearances at Court hearings, depositions, and client meetings. Our firm is growing at a very fast rate making it a great chance for a young attorney to get in early and grow exponentially with the firm. Candidate with 1+ prior experience in personal injury litigation is required. Spanish-speaking is also a huge plus.
