Associate Attorney Candidate will assist with firm s very active creditors rights practice including foreclosures, replevin actions, personal property repossession actions, unsecured collections, and creditor bankruptcy representation. Prior creditors rights experience is preferred. Will consider applicants who are awaiting the results of the July Bar examination. Should have a desire to be heavily involved in civil litigation, very good research and writing skills, and the ability to interact positively with clients and witnesses.
