Seeking Commercial/Residential Real Estate Paralegal with commercial/residential real estate paralegal experience. Candidate will interact with municipalities (i.e., park districts, schools, villages) on litigation and real estate transactions involving real estate closings, tax issues, legal descriptions, tax deeds, certificates of error, and demolitions. Must be proficient in working with Word and Excel. I-Manage experience a definite plus. Detailed knowledge of navigating and interacting with various state and city agencies and departments. Excellent research skills, strong ability to prioritize and work efficiently.
