Associates are allowed to choose the practice areas and specific assignments that interest them, and they will be challenged with responsibility and client contact.
Health Law Paralegal The candidate will assist with completion of applications related to state and federal licensure for health care entities. This includes communicating with Departments of Health, Boards of Pharmacy, Medicare, and Medicaid fee for service programs. Assist in attorney preparation for administrative hearings. Compile, analyze and summarize statutes and regulations. Maintain research database. Experience with and working knowledge of state and federal agency surveys and regulation of pharmacies and other health care facilities required. Ability to work well independently, prioritize and multi-task to complete projects effectively and efficiently. Outstanding communication (oral & written) and organization skills. Strong Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe and general computer skills. Should have 2+ years of experience to support the pharmacy licensing and Medicare and Medicaid enrollment work in the Health Law Practice Group.
