Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have ability to handle a caseload from inception through trial; Draft pleadings, motions, subpoenas, comply with discovery demands. Must be detail oriented, able to follow up, be responsible for his/her own work product. Russian or Spanish a plus. Knowledge of Lex PI a plus. Must be familiar with e-filing (state and federal), computer literate. Should have minimum of 3 years of relevant plaintiff's personal injury litigation experience a must.
