Legal Secretary Candidate will be: Responsible for client files from sign up through post trial: Preparing letters of representation, drafting and filing legal pleadings, requesting medical records and bills, maintaining calendars, creating medical chronologies, communicating with clients, and preparation of legal documents. Must have 3 years' experience with cases in Litigation including the ability to prepare and file notices, pleadings, motions, hearings, discovery, proposed orders, depositions, subpoenas, as well as preparation for trial. Must be able to prioritize and coordinate multiple assignments and have excellent typing skills. Proficiency with Outlook, Wordperfect and Word required. Experience in E-filing as well as Broward and Palm Beach Courts Hearing scheduling and drafting Orders preparation required. Prior work history with Client Profiles (ATO) case management a plus. Medical malpractice pre-suit and med-mal litigation experience a plus. Must have Florida Litigation experience. Must have 3+ years' Personal Injury Litigation experience that includes trial preparation and E-filing proficiency. Advanced knowledge in managing a full case load from inception to post-trial required.
