Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be drafting correspondence, motions, discovery, and/or pleadings. Will be compiling organizing, redacting, and labeling documents for production. Docketing and managing deadlines. Communicating with clients. Request and review medical records. Proofreading. Draft and prepare settlement disbursements. Must have experience in civil litigation, preferably personal injury claims. Should have 5+ years of experience, but must have 3+ years of Georgia experience. Must have ability to create medical chronology. Knowledge of medical terms required. Knowledge of insurance coverage types and policies needed. Being a notary is a plus.
