Business Attorney The candidate will show interest and/or experience in working on transactional, real estate, tax, and/or accounting matters with business owners, investors, and their tax advisors to advise on corporate structuring, tax planning, and implementation of advancing development projects from the planning phase through construction and full operations. Individuals from historically under-represented groups in the legal community are encouraged to apply. Required Competencies: Degree from an accredited law school; ideally our successful candidate will also have a degree or some experience in accounting and/or finance. Licensed to practice law in State. Should have strong academic record and/or relevant working experience in the areas noted above. Must have business or tax experience outside of the legal field will also be considered.
