Associate Attorney Candidate will have: 2+ years of experience working with non-immigrant visa petitions (H-1B, L-1, TN, E, O-1 and others) and permanent residency processes (including PERM, I-140 and Adjustment of Status); excellent legal research and writing skills; strong case management and organizational skills; the ability and willingness to take ownership of cases and projects; ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment; attention to detail; uncompromising ethical standards; and interest in having fun working with an eclectic, creative team.
