Department Attorney The candidate will coordinate the investigation, including retention and management of experts, identifying potential theories of liability, and client reporting. Will also be responsible for litigating viable subrogation claims that are handled by the firm's subsidiary, National Subrogation Services. Should have experience drafting related litigation documents, handling court conferences and depositions, investigating and analyzing recovery opportunities for property damage claims, and communicating with clients and opposing counsel. Excellent research and writing skills and Florida Bar license are required. Prior insurance or subrogation experience is preferred. Current or former Assistant State Attorneys welcome to apply.
