Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be knowledgeable about all aspects of litigation from settlement through discovery to mediation or trial, having both knowledge and experience in civil litigation, as well as the ability to manage a large caseload of files and all aspects of client care. A paralegal certificate is preferred but not required. Must be excellent with both the files of injured clients and the clients themselves. Will be caring, with excellent customer service skills, both in person and on the phone.
