Real Estate Paralegal The candidate must have strong written and oral communication skills, be proactive and detail-oriented, and show initiative in ownership of files. Our ideal candidate will embrace new technology and demonstrate keen internet research skills. Should have 5 years of real estate paralegal experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Must have a thorough knowledge of real estate development and building issues, contract administration and closing work, title insurance, survey, and commercial loan documentation and closing requirements, all as applied to commercial development and transactions (including homebuilder representation).
