Litigation Paralegal Candidate must be Certified Paralegal from accredited school with 3+ years strong experience in general litigation AND/OR insurance coverage/defense litigation. Must have: Strong experience with document handling, preparation and maintenance. Proficient in drafting correspondence, pleadings, briefs and other documents for trial preparation must demonstrate excellent writing skills and attention to details. Must be able to handle a fast-paced, high-volume work environment and provide support to multiple attorneys. Excellent oral communication skills, comfortable and proficient communicating with clients and witnesses. Highly organized and efficient.
