Litigation Paralegal The candidate will provide overall support to the partner's needs. Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents. Schedule IMEs. Draft subpoenas. Draft Answers to Interrogatories. Draft Arbitration Packages/Trial Binders. Client Contact/Interaction. Previous experience as a paralegal in the insurance defense field is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
