Immigration Attorney The candidate will assist on court Hearings; Asylum Office Interview; Attend clients' interviews and appointments at USCIS field offices and Client Communication Visiting detained clients. and Finance petitions. Will assist on waivers Legal Research and writing Motions, Appeals, Court Petitions, Submissions for various deportation defenses. Review and analyze forms of relief for individuals in detention. Coordinating work of paralegals and staff as needed to carry out tasks. Must have 1-2 years Immigration experience. Must have experience preparing legal packets/letters/submissions and motions. Attendance at Court and Asylum Hearings also necessary. Bilingual Spanish or Farsi is a must. Must have experience in : O-1, E-2, EB-1, Labor Cert/ PermFamily, Immediate relative
