Associate Attorney, Labor & Employment The candidate will work at litigation boutique labor and employment law firm exclusively representing employees in wrongful termination claims, discrimination claims, wage and hour claims, etc. on an individual and class wide basis. Prefer candidates with interest in the area of labor and employment law exclusively representing employees. Must be a good writer, organized, self-starter, able to multi-task and have knowledge of the California Civil Discovery Act. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred. Proficient with WordPerfect, Legal Solutions, Westlaw, and Excel is required. 3+ years of experience is required.
