Legal Secretary The candidate must have a professional phone presence, great organizational skills, and fluency in Spanish. Should have a thorough knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and type 50+ wpm. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate potentially detailed and complex information to others, are needed. Strong organizational and time management skills along with demonstrated strong attention to detail are required. Must have the ability to read, comprehend and follow instructions; manage multiple priorities and adjust to changing priorities in a professional manner; work independently and with a team. Should also have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers, office, and firm management and work well under pressure and meet deadlines for projects assigned.
