Legal Secretary / Data Entry Clerk The candidate will prepare a variety of court forms and perform a number of administrative tasks. Attention to detail and legible handwriting are crucial to these duties. Will also process the incoming and outgoing mail, prepare services and court filings in all counties of California, and will interface with the courts and attorney services as needed. Aid the subrogation department by analyzing client s file notes, determining the most relevant data, and entering that data into firm s internal case management system. Must have prior experience performing administrative functions. Should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Four-year degree are preferred.
