Lateral Attorney Recruiting and Integration Manager The candidate should have sourced and screening lateral attorney candidates, in conjunction with practice leadership and the Senior Director of Attorney Recruiting & Development. Collecting and maintaining lateral materials for consideration (LAQs, conflicts information, etc.). Assisting with interview scheduling, candidate or interviewing attorney travel (as required), and coordination of offer terms. Maintaining firm databases of active and potential lateral recruitment prospects. Serving as a primary point of contact for outside recruiters and maintaining relationships with the firm's preferred providers. Collaborating with the Senior Director of Attorney Recruiting & Development on initiatives to streamline, standardize, and strengthen hiring practices and resources firmwide. In coordination with the firm's Marketing and Communications departments, developing and maintaining recruiting brochures and assisting with firm events that may produce recruitment leads for the firm. Together with the firm's HR and Recruiting & Development departments, organizing and participating in lateral new-hire onboarding activities. Partnering with firm leadership and colleagues in the Recruiting & Development department in developing, administering, and tracking integration plans for lateral candidates. The candidate should have Bachelor's degree, preferably have a J.D. Should preferably have 5+ years of Prior law firm lateral recruitment experience. Membership in NALP and/or other recruitment organizations. Must have experience working with senior legal and administrative leadership on sensitive and/or confidential matters. Must be service orientation, responsiveness, and collaborative problem-solving abilities. Creativity, positivity, and the ability to engage with a diverse range of candidates and colleagues in a professional and thoughtful manner.
