Corporate Attorney The candidate will be handling some of the most highly visible business transactions and complex commercial litigation in the country. We produce high-level work, foster intellectual legal minds, and provide opportunities for promising individuals. The role for which we are currently hiring is expected to have significant front-line exposure and will offer a great opportunity for an entrepreneurial associate to develop direct relationships with clients, seeded by rainmaking partners throughout the firm. The ideal candidate will have experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private securities offerings, commercial contracts, and general corporate law; familiarity with market terms; demonstrated excellence in drafting transaction documents and deal management, and interest in working with a wide range of companies. Must be highly self-motivated, have sound judgment, and have a can-do attitude. Successful hires can advise clients on day-to-day corporate issues autonomously, while also having a keen sense of when and how to escalate matters to department leaders. Successful hires will also approach and nurture all internal and external interactions with a client-centric mindset.
