Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be an experienced litigation paralegal. Responsible for all phases of a wide variety of litigation including juvenile law, family law, civil litigation, commercial litigation, occasional probate/estate cases, and some corporate law. Work closely with the firm's owner. Draft client letters, motions, discovery for various types of cases, and maintain most office operations. Must have 2 years of Paralegal and previous experience. Must be able to work independently. Casual working atmosphere.
