Associate Attorney The candidate will advise the clients on commercial contract needs ranging from terms of use and privacy policies to licensing agreements, master services agreements and others. Will have the opportunity to interact directly with and advise clients on a range of other business law matters, including corporate structuring and governance, intellectual property, financings, and employment compliance. The candidate should be Licensed to practice law in the State of California. 2+ year(s) experience as an attorney in a law firm or in-house. Highly experienced with reviewing various commercial contracts, including Terms of Service and Privacy Policies, Master Service Agreements, Licensing Agreements, Reseller Agreements, etc. High capacity for solving problems with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Proficient with Microsoft Office and generally tech-savvy and innately able to pick up new software quickly. Excellent with project management and multitasking. Prior experience in any of the following areas of law: business entities, corporate governance, IP, employment, securities, and data privacy. Prior experience interacting with clients to furnish legal advice. Demonstrated passion for entrepreneurship and/or mission-driven organizations.
