Paralegal - Litigation The candidate will be responsible for providing general assistance to a project team in the litigation practice areas. Other responsibilities include case management for litigation and arbitrations; shepardizing, cite-checking and Bluebooking briefs and memos; PACER research and electronic case filing; preparation of case binders and exhibits; management of document reviews and productions; maintenance of case files; and other litigation-related duties as required. BA/BS degree is essential. Paralegal certification desirable. Must have previous experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in a large law firm.
