Litigation Paralegal Duties: Assist in case investigation and development, conduct factual and legal research, interviews, information gathering, and analysis; Maintain case files and document discovery databases; Draft, proofread, and format routine correspondence and documents for filing in accordance with applicable rules; Perform other administrative tasks and provide other assistance to attorneys as may be assigned. Qualifications: Some law firm experience in litigation (1-2 years) or experience in the, non-profit, policy, or business sectors is preferred but not necessary if the candidate demonstrates exceptional communication, writing, and organizational skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical, with excellent interpersonal skills, writing and proofreading skills, and a commitment to promoting workers rights.
Schedule: Work days are from 10 am 6 pm, four days per week and from noon 8 pm one day per week.
