Associate Attorney The candidate will handle litigation management of low-complexity cases from start to finish in a cost-effective way. The nuts and bolts of litigation including, inter alia, complaints, motions, discovery, court appearances/hearings, trials, and settlement documents. Deadline management and recording one's billable time. Includes evictions, condominium assessments collections, and other general real estate-related civil litigation. Should have a Juris Doctor degree. Licensed in the State of Illinois is required and preferably the Northern District of Illinois. Must have 1-3 years of litigation experience.
