Patent Attorney / Patent Agent The candidate should have personal experience drafting patent applications and prosecuting patent applications. Must have skills in client management and foreign counsel management are desirable. Must be domiciled in Texas. Candidates outside of Texas will not be reviewed. Must have 3+ years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution. USPTO Registration Number is preferred. In good standing with at least 1 state Bar is preferred.
