Tax Attorney The candidate should have 3+ years of experience with a strong corporate tax/ERISA background. Must have the ability to perform general tax research for corporations and partnerships, have SALT (State and Local Tax) experience and have some estate planning, trust and estate administration experience. Should have excellent written and verbal skills, outstanding academic credentials and the ability to handle multiple assignments contemporaneously. New Jersey Bar required. LL.M preferred.
