Plaintiff's Paralegal/legal Assistant Part-time The candidate will be responsible for assisting the attorney from initial case intake through trial. Familiarity with motions, arbitration statements, pleadings and legal research is necessary. Should be self motivated and able to work independently. Prior Plaintiff's personal injury and worker's compensation experience is a must. The ability to read and write in Spanish is beneficial. High school or equivalent (Preferred). Experience of 1 year (Preferred). Spanish (Preferred).
