Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 2+ years of Personal injury litigation experience. Proficiency with e-filing through the courts essential. Must have experience drafting discovery, motions, pleadings, etc. Experience scheduling and coordinating hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial required. TrialWorks or similar case management system experience preferred. Bi-lingual a plus.
