Immigration Paralegal The candidate should have 2 to 4 years of immigration practice experience to resume immediately. Essential functions: Managing correspondence for meetings, Note documentation and periodic reporting; Office/court/ client calendar management; Client intake; Case management, English to Spanish and Spanish to English translation. Prepare folders and files for clients and court; Familiar with legal terminology in immigration practice; Legal documentation preparation particularly immigration documents. Must have ability to juggle and multi task and not lose track of multiple schedules and assignment. Will have contact with clients; Able to do client intake; Must write and speak fluent Spanish. Draft and edit correspondence with precision; Excellent and professional communication skills. Should be familiar with EOIR/Immigration Court/USCIS/Consular process. Must have advanced skills in Word, Excel, Power point and PDF.
