Litigation Paralegal The candidate will prepare pre-hearing briefs; monitor deadlines; monitor and manage attorney mail; prepare file summaries/file analysis; conduct necessary discovery to prepare for litigation; prepare correspondence to clients/attorneys/other facilities; and schedule depositions. Should have 3+ years of experience in complex insurance defense litigation and knowledge of both Federal and State Rules. Experience in litigation defense experience such as: Medical Malpractice, Professional Liability, Trucking & Transportation, Commercial Litigation, Construction Law, Products Liability is a plus.
