Associate Attorney Candidate will provide firsthand experience in multiple facets of litigation including investigation, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and pre-trial work. Must have a recent law school graduate or associate attorney with 1-3 years litigation experience to join the firm's national litigation practice, which consists of commercial, employment, and toxic tort litigation. Texas bar license and writing sample required. Law journal, external advocacy team, and/or judicial clerkship experience preferred. Excellent academic credentials is required. Must be self-starters with strong written and verbal communication skills, and a keen attention to detail.
