Real Estate and Business Paralegal Candidate will be focusing on commercial business and real estate transactions, leasing, financing, corporate formation and maintenance, and other related matters. An undergraduate degree and 5 years of experience as a Corporate or Real Estate Paralegal, or an equivalent combination of education and paralegal experience is required. Must have the requisite experience, personality and dedication to produce the highest quality work. Will be energetic and organized with excellent written and verbal communication, and complex creative problem-solving skills. Independent judgment and superior analytical skills are essential.
