Litigation Paralegal Duties: Working as a key part of the litigation practice group providing a full range of support, including: coordinating/ monitoring the firm's litigation docket, preparation of draft correspondence, pleadings and other documents; and calendar maintenance. Requirements: 4 year college degree preferred. Appropriate certifications. Licensed notary. 5+ years of Texas litigation experience (preferably defense). Must have 3+ years' experience as a law firm receptionist. Typing of 65+ wpm. Familiarity with state and federal rules and procedures. Experienced with trial preparation. Punctual with excellent attendance. Trial experience and ability to work well as a team environment on commercial litigation cases.
