Workers' Compensation Applicant Attorney The candidate will handle all aspects of workers compensation claims, including litigation, discovery, depositions, trials, liens, settlement negotiations and appearances. Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, trials, arbitration's, liens, Case evaluation, intake and preparation, Discovery. Prepare for and attend hearings/depositions. Report on hearing, depositions, appearances. Correspond as needed. Appearance at WCAB (Southern California Region). Negotiate settlements. The candidate should have 2+ years of Workers' Compensation experience. Must have strong litigation, verbal and writing skills. Must be in good standing with the California Bar Association. Knowledge of workers comp law is required. Spanish Speaking is a plus. 1+ years of Litigation experience is preferred.
