Should have excellent writer with strong command of English language; Knowledge of various visas i.e. waiver, U, H, L, R, VAWA; Family base petitions and adjustment of status; Employment base EB-1, 2, 3, 4, 5, PERM; NVC processing; Answer Immigration questions in writing on internet Fast learner of Immigration Law.
