Legal Secretary The candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and word processing duties while exercising judgment over work priorities with minimal supervision. Will work on preparation and submission of ECF filings, handling of general administrative duties such as travel arrangements, calendaring, expense reconciliation, time entry, meeting coordination with efficiency and in a proactive manner. Assist with other duties as assigned. should have 3+ years of Legal Secretarial and Litigation experience in a law firm. Proficient in the use of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel is essential. Must have recent knowledge of citation/court rules and litigation procedures.Strong legal and administrative skills are essential, as well as the ability to multi-task and perform well under strict deadlines.
