Senior Litigation Paralegal The candidate should be capable of handling overall case management, document management systems and calendaring, production and management of heavy discovery, preparation of pleadings and motions, obtain and manage documents and evidence, and trial support in complex litigation matters. Must have 5+ years of experience in litigation. Proficient in Word or WordPerfect, e-filing in state and federal courts, and good knowledge of Texas rules and litigation procedures. Exceptional knowledge and application of legal software essential. Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as excellent organizational skills are must. Bilingual (English and Spanish) helpful.
