Litigation Paralegal-Insurance Defense The candidate must be highly organized, ability to exercise sound judgment and think creatively, as well as handle high volume. Insurance Defence with Personal Injury and General Liability experience preferred. Should have knowledge of Florida Rules of Procedure. Must have the ability to summarize medical records and be familiar with medical terminology. Must be competent & proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel. Should have excellent communication skills, ability to follow-up on items and be detail oriented. Experience of 3 years (Required).
