Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be talking to clients and making sure our clients are treated very well. Directing the case to the legal assistant to order records and bills. Directing the case to the legal assistant when the demands are ready to be prepared. Directing the case to the legal assistant when reductions are ready to be completed. Arranging all calls with attorneys. Making sure the case is being processed as fast as possible. Handling cases from start to finish including handling the case from pre-litigation. Should have 5- 10 years of experience in litigation for Plaintiffs personal injury claims.
