Legal Assistant Paralegal The candidate will be signing up clients, paperwork, folders, compliance, billing, customer service, and other client needs. Following up with clients, scheduling court with clients, preparing clients for court, preparing client documents, receiving client records, receiving third party records, receiving record requests, sending record requests, subpoenas, and dashcam body cam requests. Must be comfortable working with attorneys and either understand or quickly learn how to send, receive, draft, amend, and work with paperwork filed by opposing counsel. Starting wage is negotiable based on experience, dedication, capabilities, and overall demeanor. Legal Assistant or Paralegal or Certified Paralegal or Associate Attorney. Most applicants generally should be expected to be looking for full-time permanent employment. People applying for this job generally will be in college and have a B.A., J.D., or J.D. candidate but there can be exceptions. Must show above-average organization skills and attention to detail must be important to the candidate. Must be comfortable on the phone talking to new clients, existing clients, insurance claims, subrogation, and all phone calls associated with the firm.
